Williamsburg Updates.
Visited potential wedding planner. Decision about said planner to be forthcoming. March—coinciding with the spring breaks of family and of the bride—seems to be the definite month.
A definite date? Sorry, no, I’m not that organized yet.
A few reception sites were visited, mere blocks from Colonial Williamsburg. One was very chic, stuffy and accordingly lovely. I said I felt...
Wedding Thought #1:
There is a lot of time, energy and money spent on an event that lasts less than 10 hours and which one will mostly forget the details of in a massive, stress-induced blur.

I kid.
I’m actually quite interested in honoring...
50's and 60's Jukebox Hits →
This—and other romantic songs of the same time period—is the type of music I want at my reception. 50 Cent wouldn’t go over too well with the grandparents, but Frank Sinatra and Marvin Gaye will make the cut.
